Our WordPress theme includes an optional area for a top slider. This allows you to feature any posts with a featured image above all your content.

To remove the slider from your site, delete the Genesis Responsive Slider widget from the home slider sidebar under Appearance | Widgets.
To use the slider, create posts with a Featured Image and assign them to the Slider Content category.

Sample Featured Post
